Moeller PLCs in energy and building services
Many Klöckner Moeller controllers are still running in power supplies, standby power systems and the technical installations of large buildings. They must not fail. We look after such installations, including the power supply of well-known high-rise buildings and a former data centre in Frankfurt am Main.
Typical installations
- Standby and emergency power systems with PLC control
- Low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transfer and load-shedding automation
- Power supply and building services in high-rise buildings
- Power supply for data centres

What we do for operators
Back up the program
We read out and decompile the program. The installation is then documented and manageable in the event of a fault.
Service and spare parts
On-site troubleshooting, program maintenance and spare parts for Moeller controllers, also as ongoing support.
Planned modernisation
Conversion to Siemens or Beckhoff with agreed switchover windows, prepared and tested in advance.
Program already backed up?
We read out PS3, PS4-100, PS4-200, PS4-300, PS306, PS316 and PS416 and decompile the program, even without the original project.
Frequently asked questions
Can you modernise without interrupting the supply for long?
That depends on the design of the installation. We prepare the program and hardware in advance and plan switchovers in agreed time windows to keep interruptions as short as possible.
Do you also provide ongoing support?
Yes. Alongside projects, we provide ongoing support such as program maintenance, help with faults and spare parts stocking.
A Moeller PLC in your power supply?
Send us the type and a photo. We will tell you how to secure the installation and when modernisation makes sense.
