Replacing Moeller operator panels: MI4, VTP2 and Galileo
The panel is often the first thing to fail: display dark, touch not responding, software no longer available. We replace old Moeller operator panels with modern panels and rebuild the user interface.
From Galileo to Siemens Unified
In the project shown, a Moeller operator panel with Galileo visualisation was replaced by a Siemens Unified Comfort Panel. Screens and operating sequences were transferred and improved where it helps the operators.
- Transfer of existing screens and alarm texts
- Installation in the existing cut-out, with an adapter plate where possible
- Optionally with alarm history, user management and remote access

Learn moreFrequently asked questions
Can I replace just the panel and keep the Moeller PLC?
That is possible in individual cases but rarely makes sense, because communication with the old PLC has to be laboriously replicated. The panel is usually replaced as part of the retrofit.
Will the new panel fit the old cut-out?
An adapter plate can often be used. We check the dimensions during the on-site survey.
Which controller runs your plant?
Send us the type, year of manufacture and a photo of the control cabinet. You will get an honest assessment of whether repair, data backup or a retrofit makes sense.
