Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with STRATO.
When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page or file accessed, amount of data transferred, access status, the previously visited page as well as browser type and operating system. The processing serves to provide the website securely and reliably and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. According to STRATO, non-anonymised IP addresses are stored for a maximum of seven days to detect and fend off attacks. In the access statistics available to us, IP addresses are anonymised. Encryption
This website is delivered exclusively via an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Data you send us via the website, for example via the enquiry form, cannot be read by third parties.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Enquiry form
If you use the enquiry form, we send your details (name, company, phone or email, controller type and message) to us by email in order to process your enquiry. The legal bases are the same as for contact by email. To protect against misuse, your IP address is processed briefly and only in hashed, non-reversible form, and is no longer taken into account after one hour at the latest.
Storage period
We delete your enquiries as soon as they have been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations, for example under commercial or tax law, prevent this.
Links to other websites
The references to LinkedIn, XING, our eBay shop, OpenStreetMap and the websites of our references are simple links. Data is only transferred to the respective provider when you click on a link and open the page. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about your data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You are not obliged to provide us with personal data. Without contact details, however, we cannot answer your enquiry. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
