Moeller program read-out and decompiling
No original project, no working programming PC, and the colleague who knew the program has retired? As long as the controller is running, the program can usually still be rescued.
How we get your program back
Read-out on site
With our own equipment for old Moeller systems, we read the program from the controller or memory card and back it up twice. The plant can usually keep running.
Decompiling
With our own tools we translate the PLC code back into a readable program, even without the original project. We also solve difficult cases such as password-protected programs.
Handover
You receive the backup and a readable program. This means you can act in the event of a fault, and a retrofit is well prepared.

No backup yet?
A data backup costs a fraction of unplanned downtime. Ask for an appointment.
Frequently asked questions
For which Moeller controllers is this possible?
For the common families PS4, PS416, PS3, PS306 and PS316. For PS24 and special cases, we check in advance based on type and photos.
The program is password-protected. Is it still possible?
Yes, we also solve difficult cases such as password protection. Contact us and we will check your case in advance.
Does the plant have to be stopped?
Usually not. The read-out does not interfere with operation. We agree with you in advance whether a short stop makes sense.
What do we get at the end?
A program backup and readable documentation of the program. On request also a functional description as the basis for a retrofit.
Which controller runs your plant?
Send us the type, year of manufacture and a photo of the control cabinet. You will get an honest assessment of whether repair, data backup or a retrofit makes sense.
