Sucosoft S30 and S40: when nobody can open the program any more
Klöckner Moeller controllers were programmed with Sucosoft: the older generations with the DOS software S30, the PS416 and newer PS4 models with S40 for Windows. A working programming environment, suitable interfaces and the expertise for this are rare today. We have all of them, plus our own tools.
The problem in practice
- There is no computer left on site that runs Sucosoft, or the interface is missing.
- The project can no longer be found, and the program only exists in the controller.
- A small change is needed, but nobody in-house knows S30 or S40.
- The program is password-protected and the password is unknown.

Read-out directly from the CPU or memory module, even if neither programming software nor source code is available.

With our own tools we turn read-out programs into a readable form again.
Change
Program changes in Sucosoft, tested and commissioned together with you.
Convert
Transfer to SCL, LAD or FBD for Siemens TIA Portal or Beckhoff TwinCAT as the basis for a retrofit.

Do we need our own Sucosoft licence?
No. We work with our own environment. You receive the program and the documentation.
Can we send the program in instead of having it read out on site?
Yes. Send us the program file or the memory card, and we decompile it and send everything back with documentation.
What about password protection?
In many cases we can also read out password-protected programs and make them readable. Get in touch.
